Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a strong background in Employee Relations. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and involves proactive ER work and case management alongside the HR Director and team.

You will handle disciplinary, grievance, capability and conduct matters, plus absence management, and provide practical HR advice to managers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR with a focus on employee relations.
• Proven track record handling high-volume ER cases and providing practical HR guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and conduct matters.
• Lead complex absence management cases from start to finish.
• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers.
• Support the team on other HR activities as directed.
• HR project work.
