Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support a major UK infrastructure project from Somerset with flexible/Hybrid working. You will advise managers, handle ER casework and maintain governance across the joint venture environment.

Bring proven ER expertise, strong UK employment law knowledge and a collaborative approach to stakeholder management. The role emphasizes data-driven reporting and compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations case management in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
• Track record of managing complex ER cases from start to finish.
• Ability to coach, influence and challenge managers at all levels.
• Experience keeping accurate ER records and using HR/ER systems.
• Ability to handle high volume ER work in a multi-site environment.
• Professional, confidential and discreet approach.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure or fast-paced industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert ER guidance and end-to-end case management for managers on a broad range of matters.
• Advise on conduct, compliance, data protection and site-specific issues.
• Escalate complex matters to HRBP and Compliance when needed.
• Build relationships with stakeholders including Trade Unions and OH/Legal advisors.
• Support engagement with Trade Unions during ER casework and workforce changes.
• Own the ER recording system and ensure accurate, timely records.
• Generate governance reports and insights from ER data for site projects.
• Deliver manager-focused ER support across multi-site operations.
