BAM UK & Ireland is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to deliver expert ER guidance to managers across a major infrastructure JV. You will advise on disciplinary, grievance, performance, TUPE and compliance matters, while maintaining accurate case records and working with ER systems for governance and insight.

Role covers multisite operational environments with stakeholders across JV partners and client-facing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee relations cases in complex environments.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end ER cases from start to resolution.
• Ability to coach and influence managers effectively.
• Experience maintaining ER records and working with HR systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert ER advice, coaching and end-to-end case management to managers across disciplinary, grievance, absence and other ER matters.
• Ensure advice is compliant with BAM policies and governance standards and supports risk management.
• Maintain ER case records, data quality and reporting for governance and insight.
• Collaborate with JV partners, project teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent people practices.
