This full-time, 40-hour per week role based at the Northampton Head Office offers hybrid working with EU travel and a comprehensive benefits package. You will configure EC, manage data migration and integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR

Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central expert with implementation experience.
• Certified SuccessFactors professional; EC and Onboarding certifications are a plus.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead UKI and EU SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations from discovery to deployment.
• Configure and optimise Employee Central solutions including Foundation Objects and MDF.
• Own global position management and HR data structure.
• Oversee integrations and data quality across platforms.
• Drive project delivery and data migration activities.
