Job summary

Loom Talent are partnering with a global 3PL leader to appoint a Senior HR Systems Analyst with strong SAP SuccessFactors experience. The role offers remote working with ad hoc travel to Northamptonshire and broader EMEA travel.

You will own SuccessFactors development and implementation across the business, focusing on Employee Central and Recruiting & Onboarding, while collaborating with stakeholders across UK, Europe, and the US to ensure alignment of HR systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central and/or Recruiting & Onboarding.
• Track record delivering or supporting HR systems implementations in multi-country environments.
• Strong understanding of global HR processes, data management and system integrations.
• Experience in large/complex organisations with multiple countries and structures.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data governance requirements.
• Ability to balance hands-on system config with project delivery and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation projects from design to deployment.
• Configure system workflows, business rules and integrations.
• Support global position management and mapping of roles across the business.
• Oversee data migration, integrations and associated risk management.
• Support rollout and development of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding).
• Collaborate with UK/Europe/US stakeholders to align global HR systems.
• Act as SME for HR digital transformation projects.

Senior HR Systems Analyst - SuccessFactors

£60,000 - £65,000 + benefits

Loom Talent are working exclusively with a large, global 3PL and logistics business looking to appoint a Senior HR Systems Analyst with strong SAP SuccessFactors experience.

The business is going through an exciting period of HR systems transformation, with a focus on developing and rolling out technology solutions across its UK, European and global operations. This is a key role within the team, combining hands‑on technical expertise with project delivery and stakeholder management.

The Role

Taking ownership of SuccessFactors development and implementation across the business, you'll play a key part in ensuring HR systems are fit for purpose, well integrated and supporting the needs of a complex global organisation.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation projects, from initial design and exploration through to deployment.
• Getting hands‑on with system configuration, including workflows, business rules and integrations.
• Supporting the development of global position management, ensuring roles and structures are accurately mapped across the business.
• Overseeing system integrations, data migration and associated risks, ensuring data is accurate and secure.
• Supporting the rollout and development of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Recruiting & Onboarding.
• Working closely with stakeholders across the UK, Europe and US to ensure successful delivery and alignment of global HR systems.
• Acting as a subject matter expert, providing technical advice and support across wider HR digital transformation projects.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally across Employee Central and/or Recruiting & Onboarding.
• Experience delivering or supporting HR systems implementations, ideally within a multi-country environment.
• A good understanding of global HR processes, data management and system integrations.
• Experience working within a large or complex business, with multiple countries and organisational structures.
• An understanding of GDPR and wider data governance requirements.
• Someone who is comfortable balancing hands‑on system work with project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
