VE3 is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead to own the EC solution on a large-scale transformation in the UK public sector payroll estate.

Qualifications

• Two full-lifecycle EC implementations in lead/solution architect role.
• Experience leading client-facing design workshops and owning design sign-off.
• UK public sector HR experience (councils, schools, pension funds) helpful.
• EC to payroll integration knowledge and migration from SAP HCM to EC.
• Experience designing Organisation structure and complex hierarchies.

Responsibilities

• Own the EC design end-to-end from fit-to-standard to go-live and sign-off.
• Lead EC design workshops with HR, payroll, finance and IT stakeholders.
• Design legal entities, organisations, positions and data retention rules.
• Plan and manage EC data loads, validations and migration activities.
• Coordinate with ECP lead for payroll integration and replication strategy.
• Oversee EC configuration team and ensure quality of build.
