Healthcare and Risk Senior Consultant

Responsibilities include:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert consulting and advice
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure retention and identify new business opportunities
• Participate in marketing activities such as events and seminars
• Stay informed on industry trends and identify revenue opportunities
• Review and analyze clients' employee benefits requirements, making recommendations for improvements
• Introduce employee benefits schemes aligned with clients' reward strategies
• Expand knowledge of Aon’s capabilities and engage clients accordingly
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service quality and compliance
