Job Description:

We are pleased to be representing a leading professional services business with an expanding financial planning and employee benefits arm. They are seeking to recruit an experienced Group Risk Consultant / Employee Benefits Consultant to service and manage an existing portfolio of clients. The role involves providing client services related to Group Risk and Protection products, including Group Life, Disability Insurance (DIS), Private Health Insurance (PHI), and critical illness cover.

Responsibilities include maintaining long-term client relationships through quality advice and service, negotiating terms, and providing services across various risk-related benefits. The candidate will present relevant matters to clients and identify additional business opportunities within the group. Overseeing the production of reports, documents, and communications with clients is also required.

Experience:

  • Candidates should have a background in insurance, healthcare, or employee benefits, with exposure to Healthcare (PMI) or Group Risk schemes.
  • Ability to present to clients and communicate effectively at all levels, both by phone and face-to-face.
