Sovos is building the future of embedded compliance with partners worldwide. As a Senior Embedded ISV Sales Engineer, you will bridge the partner-facing sales team and our compliance platform, translating complex capabilities into evaluated, integrable solutions.

You'll lead technical discovery, deliver demos and PoCs, and guide on APIs, authentication, and deployment models, traveling for partner workshops and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or pre-sales for enterprise software or embedded APIs.
• Ability to engage architects, integration leads, and engineering managers without hands-on coding.
• Comfort speaking with partner executives and internal sales teams about technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Embedded ISV team across the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Lead technical discovery, assess architectural fit, and translate findings into solutions.
• Deliver demos, presentations, and PoCs showing Sovos APIs and platform integration.
• Provide guidance on APIs, authentication, data flows, deployment, and testing environments.
• Maintain CRM records of engagements and partner health across the lifecycle.
