Job summary

YT Technologies in Bristol is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to own the hardware lifecycle of world-class products, mentoring peers and leading complex workloads.

In this role you will design architecture, schematic capture, and PCB layouts using Altium, drive prototyping through to manufacturing, and collaborate with Mechanical, Controls, and Manufacturing teams to ensure robust integration. A background in 10+ years and experience with mixed-signal design is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electronics design with proven track record bringing complex products to market.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, schematic capture, and PCB layout for PCBA and electrical systems using Altium.
• Drive the transition from prototyping to full-scale manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Controls, and Manufacturing teams for seamless integration.
• Act as technical sign-off and mentor junior engineers.
