Qualifications

• Extensive commercial background taking designs from concept to production.
• Mixed analogue and digital design with micro-controllers.
• Schematic capture using Altium.
• Strong lab capabilities including fault finding and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware design from concept to manufacturable product.
• Execute circuit design, component selection, analysis and simulation.
• Lead board bring-up, testing and fault finding.
• Guide PCB layout engineers and ensure DFM/DFT/EMC compliance.
• Provide technical estimates for quotes and defend design choices.
• Mentor junior engineers.
