Job summary

Domin is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to own the hardware lifecycle of world-class products. You will lead architecture, schematic capture, and PCB layout, driving transition from prototyping to manufacturing using Altium tools.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with Mechanical, Controls, and Manufacturing teams, and ensure designs meet high standards and regulatory expectations for demanding environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electronics design experience
• Proven track record bringing complex products to market
• Experience in mixed-signal design, DFM/DFT, and root-cause analysis

Responsibilities

• Design architecture, schematic capture, and PCB layout for PCBA and electrical systems using Altium/Altium 365
• Own production transition from prototype to full-scale manufacturing
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Controls, and Manufacturing teams for system integration
• Act as technical sign-off and mentor junior engineers to uphold high standards
