Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Principal Electronics Engineer to drive architecture, design and delivery of complex electronic systems, leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.

You will take products from concept to production, define hardware architectures and roadmaps, conduct design reviews, and mentor engineers across software, mechanical and manufacturing disciplines. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in analogue and digital electronic design.
• Experience of full product lifecycle development from concept to production.
• Knowledge of PCB design, embedded systems, and hardware integration.
• Ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of analogue, digital, and mixed-signal electronic systems.
• Define hardware architectures and technical roadmaps for new product development.
• Take products from concept through to production and manufacturing support.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Work closely with software, mechanical, manufacturing, and systems engineers.
• Support testing, validation, EMC compliance, and product qualification activities.
