Job summary

Emtec Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the safe day-to-day delivery of electrical and civil works on sites across the UK. You will coordinate teams, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work aligns with programme, quality standards and project specifications.

We welcome applicants with a strong track record in energy, utilities or infrastructure and qualifications in Construction Management. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience in energy, utilities or infrastructure.
• HNC/HND or degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• Current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of groundworks, concrete structures, drainage and enabling works.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of electrical and civil works on site.
• Lead site teams, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure work complies with HSEQ requirements and project specs.
• Manage site logistics, materials and resources.
• Monitor progress and report milestones.
• Maintain site records and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects moving.
• Promote safety-first culture on site.
