Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in engineering project management.
• Experience in highly regulated and safety-critical environments.
• Familiarity with HAZOP documentation and design approvals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full engineering lifecycle from survey to handover.
• Manage multiple concurrent engineering projects.
• Act as technical authority between various teams.
• Support commercial team with technical proposals and costings.
• Coordinate internal design engineers and external consultants.
• Oversee design certification and client sign-off.
• Ensure smooth transition from design into production.

Skills

Strong electrical engineering background (E&I / controls / systems)

Proven experience delivering engineering projects end to end

Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Confident interfacing with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Strong organisation, prioritisation, and communication skills

Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally

Education

HNC, HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
