Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Water team, delivering electrical and EICA design across water and wastewater assets in the UK. Based in Birmingham, Derby, Redditch or Cardiff, you will work with multidisciplinary teams and clients to provide safe, sustainable designs and strong technical leadership.

You will deliver across feasibility through commissioning, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to project success while supporting ongoing professional growth within

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering electrical or EICA engineering solutions within infrastructure.
• Ability to produce and review technical outputs such as Single Line Diagrams, specifications and design documentation.
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Strong communication with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support feasibility studies, optioneering and detailed design for water and wastewater projects.
• Deliver electrical and EICA design services across the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to construction support, commissioning and QA deliverables.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.
