The Launch Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design and delivery for water and wastewater schemes. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop practical electrical solutions supporting critical UK infrastructure from concept through commissioning.
You will guide technical design across MCCs, LV distribution, cabling, instrumentation, PLCs and SCADA, while mentoring graduates and junior engineers and ensuring compliance with industry standards and
Competenze
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering water/wastewater projects or transferable sectors (oil & gas).
- Strong technical design capability in electrical systems for industrial environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Mansioni
- Lead and review electrical designs for water/wastewater facilities.
- Work across MCCs, LV power distribution, cabling, instrumentation, industrial networks, PLCs & SCADA.
- Develop technical specifications and procurement documentation.
- Review supplier tenders and technical submissions.
- Ensure compliance with industry, client and WIMES standards.
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor Graduate and Junior Engineers.
