Mott MacDonald is recruiting a lead EICA engineer within the Water Utilities Division across the UK. You will lead electrical, instrumentation, control and automation design on nationally significant projects, shaping key design decisions and mentoring junior staff.

The role supports a hybrid working policy for flexibility. You will work with colleagues in the UK and internationally, clients and contractors, pursuing technical excellence and opportunities to specialise in areas like lightning

Qualifications

• Qualified to HND level or higher in electrical, electronic or control engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in electrical and/or control engineering design.
• Experience leading and taking technical ownership of EICA design activities on projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead EICA project teams and shape key design decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues local and international, the client, and contractors.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical excellence of the team.
