Job summary
Mott MacDonald is seeking an experienced EICA engineer to join the Water Utilities Division on UK projects. You will lead electrical, instrumentation, control and automation design, shaping key decisions and mentoring junior staff while collaborating with teams locally and internationally.

Qualifications
- Qualified to HND level or higher in electrical, electronic or control engineering.
- Experience in electrical and/or control engineering design.
- Experience leading and taking technical ownership of EICA design activities on projects.
- Thorough approach to engineering design and strong technical judgement.
- Commitment to excellence, innovation, and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Lead EICA project teams and shape key design decisions.
- Collaborate with local and international colleagues, clients, and contractors.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical excellence of the team.
- Develop capability across electrical and ICA disciplines and pursue leadership roles.
- Specialise in areas such as lightning protection or functional safety.
