Swanky is seeking a data-driven Ecommerce Strategist to lead client growth by translating insights into actionable opportunities and growth roadmaps across acquisition, conversion, and retention. Qualifications

• 4+ years in ecommerce strategy or CRO
• Strong ability to turn data into commercial recommendations
• Hands-on experience planning and analysing A/B tests
• Solid knowledge of Shopify and its app ecosystem
• Good understanding of digital marketing and customer journeys
• Experience presenting to senior client stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Shopify Plus and enterprise brands
• Familiarity with analytics and testing tools such as GA4, Polar Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity

Responsibilities

• Understand client priorities, objectives and KPIs
• Analyze customer behavior, sales performance and trends to identify growth opportunities
• Develop data-led recommendations across the customer journey from acquisition to retention
• Lead Growth Diagnostics and client workshops to set strategic direction
• Own the HBR process to align the team with strategy
• Plan and run A/B testing to improve conversion and site performance
• Align ecommerce strategy with marketing campaigns, SEO and paid media
• Lead high-ROI projects (subscriptions, bundling, loyalty)
• Recommend tech stack based on client goals
• Keep up with Shopify features and opportunities for clients
