Job summary

We are assisting a growing retail/ecommerce brand (SW1) to hire a Data and Ecommerce Specialist. You will oversee data across ecommerce channels and manage the website to improve the customer journey.

You will work closely with the Founder, drive analytics, SEO, email marketing and inventory data insights, and support site enhancements using Shopify. A hands-on, creative environment awaits in a busy studio setting.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ prior experience in tech / data / ecommerce.
• Strong data analytics, website management and digital marketing skills.
• Experience with Shopify, Google Suite, Adobe CC, Gorgias and email marketing platforms; confident using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Data Analytics – oversee ecommerce and marketing data, create trading dashboards, track sales metrics and identify trends.
• SEO – optimise product listings and on-page content, identify opportunities.
• Email performance – analyse campaigns, implement automations and integrations.
• Logistics data – monitor stock levels, liaise with buyers/distributors and manage returns.
• Website management – oversee Shopify site, refresh design, run site audits and testing.
