Job summary

L'Oréal is seeking a Senior Trade Activation Manager – Ecommerce in the UK to translate brand plans into winning digital go-to-market strategies across key retailers, owning the Ecommerce flywheel and driving ROI during peak Q4 periods.

You’ll collaborate with product, engagement, finance and global teams to deliver 360 campaigns, monitor performance, and lead retailer activations, developing best-in-class PDPs and assets in Salsify.

Qualifications

• Translate high-level brand plans into winning go-to-market strategies for Ecommerce channels.
• Deep understanding of sell-out levers, ROI, and P&L/ GTN.
• Obsessed with the Ecommerce Flywheel and best-in-class PDPs.
• Collaborate across Commercial, Finance, and Global teams.
• Use consumer and retail insights to build bespoke activation plans.
• Proactive project manager for Q4 market-share strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategy for the brand and ensure its execution with the commercial team.
• Collaborate with product, engagement, finance and RGM to influence sell-out and GTN.
• Translate brand plan into winning GTM strategies per retailer with key insights.
• Lead measurement, tracking and ROI reporting for activations.
• Manage budgets and assets, ensuring Day 1 go-live and asset delivery to retailers.
• Partner with NAMs and brand marketing on retailer strategy decks.
