Job summary

STADA UK Thornton & Ross is seeking an eCommerce Activation Manager to lead the online activation strategy for our Consumer Health brands across major retailer sites. You will own end-to-end campaign performance, including retail media, onsite activation and the digital shelf to drive traffic, conversions, and brand equity.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Sales and agencies, defining activation plans and governance, and shaping ROI-driven investments while ensuring compliant

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ecommerce activation, shopper marketing or media
• Hands-on experience planning and optimising digital or retailer media campaigns
• Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital shelf execution
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, Design or related field

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the online activation strategy for STADA UK’s Consumer Health portfolio across key retailer.com partners
• Define how brands show up online and own end-to-end campaign performance from retail media to onsite activation
• Build customer-level activation plans and ROI-driven retail media investments
• Establish standards and governance for product data and activation across retailer base
• Define KPI frameworks and use analytics to drive optimisation roadmaps and playbooks
