Job summary

STADA UK Thornton & Ross seeks an experienced Ecommerce Activation Manager to define and lead online activation for its Consumer Health brands across major retailer platforms. You will own end-to-end activation, from product data governance to retail media planning and on-site campaigns.

Collaborating with CHC Marketing, Digital, Sales and external agencies, you will shape ROI-driven investments, build activation plans and establish frameworks that scale across the retailer base.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, eCommerce activation or media with a commercial mindset.
• Experience planning and optimising digital/retailer media campaigns and eCommerce funnel.
• Ability to interpret performance data with dashboards and AI-enabled tools for optimization.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the online activation strategy for STADA UK’s Consumer Health portfolio across key retailer.com partners.
• Define content standards for product data and govern data with IT/Data and global teams.
• Own retail media and onsite activation strategy, including sponsored search, banners and email activations.
• Define KPI frameworks and use analytics to track performance and drive optimisations.
• Champion eCommerce activation, build retailer relationships and scale best practices across the business.
