Job summary

Sainsbury's Nectar360 Digital is seeking an experienced eCommerce Senior Client Manager to lead supplier media and activation across our digital platforms. You will align client objectives with activation plans and work with Nectar360 to deliver value for partners and customers.

You will manage supplier investments, report performance to the eCommerce Client Director, and collaborate with optimisation teams to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to own client or supplier relationships and translate objectives into deliverable commercial or activation plans.
• Proven ability to create, manage and report against revenue, investment or commercially focused plans.
• Experience delivering projects to agreed deadlines while managing competing priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience line-managing colleagues, setting priorities and giving development-focused feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier media and activation across Nectar360's digital platforms for assigned categories.
• Work with suppliers, trading colleagues and Nectar360 teams to define client objectives and activation plans.
• Track supplier investment against commitments and report to the eCommerce Client Director.
• Partner with optimisation teams to analyse results, identify improvements and strengthen future activity.
• Line-manage two colleagues to support delivery and development.
