Job summary

L'Oréal Luxe Division is seeking a Senior Trade Activation Manager - Ecommerce to lead go-to-market execution across digital shelves. You will translate brand plans into winning ecommerce strategies, work with product, engagement, and finance teams, and drive ROI-focused activations across retailers.

You will own asset management in Salsify, monitor sell-out and P&L, and influence global plans to meet UK market needs through strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Translate brand plans into winning ecommerce GTM strategies.
• Use consumer/retail insights to tailor activation plans.
• Lead cross-functional work with product, commercial and finance teams.
• Monitor ROI and sell-out to influence GTN and P&L.
• Drive Day 1 go-live checks and asset delivery to retailers.
• Develop retailer strategy decks grounded in market insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop the go-to-market strategy for the brand across ecommerce channels.
• Partner with account managers to tailor retailer plans with insights.
• Lead activation measurement and ROI analysis for all initiatives.
• Ensure assets and brand creatives are uploaded and delivered to retailers.
