STADA UK Thornton & Ross is seeking an experienced E-commerce Activation Manager to lead online activation across key retailer partners in Reading. You will define how brands appear online, drive traffic, conversion and brand equity through end-to-end activation strategies and KPI-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, Design or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in digital marketing, eCommerce activation, shopper marketing or media.
• Experience planning and optimising digital/retailer media campaigns with ROI focus.

Responsibilities

• Define UK omnichannel eActivation strategy and customer-level activation calendars.
• Own retail media and onsite activation, set objectives and investment guidelines.
• Lead KPI frameworks, track performance with dashboards and AI-enabled analytics.
• Collaborate with agencies, IT/Data teams and retailer partners to scale best practices.
• Influence brand plans and ensure compliant execution across channels.
