Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior consultant to design and deliver fit-for-purpose technology solutions across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate, balancing technical decisions with business needs. You will participate in workshops, lead PoC initiatives, and produce functional and technical designs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service) and Power Platform.
• Proven track record as senior/lead consultant shaping solutions with stakeholders.
• Solid enterprise delivery knowledge: integration patterns, data management, CI/CD, agile.
• Experience governing high-quality solution designs and standards.
• Excellent communication translating tech to non-tech audiences.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or equivalent.
• Exposure to financial services or insurance industries.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technology solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Lead discovery workshops to capture business needs and technical requirements.
• Run Proof of Concept and innovation initiatives with partners or teams.
• Author functional/technical requirements and solution designs.
• Mentor engineers and strengthen delivery capability.
