Job summary

Key Group in the UK seeks a Technology Lead for Microsoft Platforms to steer Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Power Automate Desktop initiatives. You will lead design, development and deployment of enterprise solutions, drive governance and security, and mentor teams across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on Dynamics 365 delivery experience and strong stakeholder communication, with proven leadership in complex technology programs within financial services.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in Power Platform, Power Automate Desktop, and Dataverse.
• Experience with API integrations, Azure services and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead and SME for Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Power Automate Desktop.
• Design, develop and deploy enterprise solutions, integrations and automations.
• Define platform architecture, standards, governance and security controls.
• Mentor developers and champion continuous improvement and excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into tech solutions.
• Oversee ALM, DevOps practices and release management processes.
• Maintain integrations with internal and third-party apps.
