Job summary
The Benefact Group in Gloucester is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to advance the adoption of the Dynamics 365 platform across business and technical teams. You will identify opportunities that drive growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a charitable financial services group.
Responsibilities include designing and delivering fit-for-purpose Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, leading discovery workshops, and mentoring colleagues to raise engineering and consultancy
Qualifications
- Lead design and delivery of fit-for-purpose Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions.
- Experience eliciting requirements with business stakeholders and shaping solutions.
- Excellent communication and ability to translate technical to non-technical audiences.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or equivalent qualification.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver fit-for-purpose technology solutions across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate.
- Lead discovery workshops to understand business opportunities, stakeholder needs and technical requirements.
- Author functional and technical requirements, solution designs and implementation guidance.
- Act as a technology and delivery coach, mentoring team members and helping to strengthen engineering and consultancy capability.
