Job summary

Hiscox SA is seeking a Senior Application Specialist to lead design, development, support and continuous improvement of Microsoft business applications, focusing on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will influence architecture, integration patterns and operational support while mentoring colleagues and shaping the platform roadmap.

The role spans requirements, solution design, deployment and optimization within a global insurer environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Sales.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Git for source control.
• Understanding of CI/CD and deployment automation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver platform design and build solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Provide technical leadership during design, development and delivery.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with standards.
• Lead CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Mentor junior colleagues and promote engineering best practices.
• Support platform lifecycle management and upgrades.
