Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior consultant to design and deliver fit-for-purpose technology solutions across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate, balancing technical decisions with business needs. You will participate in workshops, lead PoC initiatives, and produce functional and technical designs.

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service) and Power Platform.
• Proven track record as senior/lead consultant shaping solutions with stakeholders.
• Solid enterprise delivery knowledge: integration patterns, data management, CI/CD, agile.
• Experience governing high-quality solution designs and standards.
• Excellent communication translating tech to non-tech audiences.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or equivalent.
• Exposure to financial services or insurance industries.

Requirements

• Strong experience across Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service) and the Power Platform
• Proven track record as a senior consultant or lead consultant working with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and shape solutions
• Solid understanding of enterprise delivery practices, including integration patterns, data management, CI/CD, testing and agile ways of working
• Experience producing and governing high-quality solution designs, standards and best practices
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or equivalent relevant qualification
• Exposure to financial services or insurance industries
