Version 1 is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our Microsoft Applications practice. You will provide expert consultancy, design scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, and lead delivery across customer portfolios.

In this senior role you’ll mentor junior consultants, drive solution architecture, integrations, upgrades, and continual service improvement while partnering with customers to align technology with business goals.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and core tech.
• Experience designing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Hands-on plugins, workflows, APIs, and integrations development.
• Experience in Dataverse architecture, security, and data management.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems.
• Managed services, consultancy, or customer-facing delivery experience.
• Strong incident, change and release management understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide senior-level consultancy and technical leadership for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Design, configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps.
• Deliver enhancements and project-based development across portfolios.
• Develop plugins, workflows, APIs, integrations and extensions with C# and .NET.
• Build Power Platform solutions including Power Apps and Dataverse components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and performance issues.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and suggest best-practice solutions.
• Support upgrades, migrations and platform optimisation initiatives.
• Contribute to solution design workshops and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing.
