Job summary

Hiscox seeks a Senior Application Specialist to drive the design, development, support and continuous improvement of its Microsoft application estate. You will focus on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform while aligning to enterprise architecture and delivery practices.

Youll lead solution design, mentor colleagues and work across the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment, optimisation and upgrades, shaping the platform for core business processes.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, ideally including Customer Service, Sales or related apps.
• Strong experience building solutions with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Broad technology background with enterprise architecture and integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance solutions across Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects and Engineers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during design, development and delivery activities.
• Maintain secure, performant solutions aligned with enterprise standards and CI/CD practices.
• Mentor junior colleagues and promote engineering best practices.
