Job description

At Tonbridge School Centre we are a team of over 100 staff, all dedicated to offering exceptionally high-quality leisure provision for Tonbridge School boys and the wider public community. Tonbridge School Centre (TSC) offers some of the very best sport, leisure and gym facilities in Southeast England and is the home of our TSC Members' Leisure Club.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Senior Duty Manager to join the team.

The Senior Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Centre during duty shifts, ensuring exceptional service, safety, and customer experience. This key leadership role will also take ownership of a variety of operational areas including programme development, income generation, retail operations, staff development, and children’s parties.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in leisure facility operations, excellent team leadership and organisational skills, and a passion for delivering first-class customer service. A current National Pool Lifeguard qualification isdesirable, though support will be given to achieve this if not already held.

This is a full-time, all year-round post.
