Duty Manager West London (Zero-Hour Contract)

4Leisure Recruitment is currently recruiting Duty Managers to work across leisure sites in West London on a zero-hour contract. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced leisure professionals looking for flexible work and the chance to be part of a dynamic, supportive team.

We are looking for proactive and qualified individuals with a strong background in leisure operations, particularly in wet-side environments. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a health & safety-focused role, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the facility, acting as the first point of contact during your shift
• Supervise and coordinate regular maintenance and cleaning of the site
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly pool plant operations, tasks, and checks
• Respond to health & safety incidents, accidents, and safeguarding concerns, ensuring all are reported through the management system
• Perform pool hygiene and safety checks to maintain high standards
• Deliver first-class customer service to all facility users
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
  
  

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• First Aid at Work (essential)
• Pool Plant Operator (essential)
• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Experience managing leisure operations, ideally in a wet-side facility
• Proven supervisory experience in a leisure environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, influence, and motivate a team
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety in operational settings, with the ability to implement procedures effectively
