Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan are recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a major Bath construction project. The role sits on a flagship development, with a temporary-to-permanent path and a busy project team.

Ideal candidates will have Tier 1/2 contracting background, strong document management experience and a proven track record handling large volumes of technical information and handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven Document Control experience within main contracting.
• Experience with construction documentation and revision control.
• Strong knowledge of document management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, registration, distribution and archiving of docs, drawings and information.
• Maintain document registers, revision histories and distribution records.
• Administer the CDE and ensure proper categorisation and maintenance.
• Coordinate information flow between client, design teams, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor outstanding docs, submissions and approvals; follow up as needed.
