Job summary

4Front Recruitment seeks a Senior Document Controller to own information management for a major hyperscale data centre project in Acton, West London. You will lead the day-to-day Document Control, mentor other controllers, and ensure the right information is in the right place at the right time.

You will administer CDEs (Asite/AC-CAD/SharePoint), support mobilization, design to handover, and drive KPI-based improvements across projects with hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering Common Data Environments.
• Experience with Asite, Autodesk Construction Cloud and SharePoint.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for Document Controllers.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 and information management standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Document Control operation at the Acton project.
• Provide guidance and support to Document Controllers across other projects.
• Manage CDE setup, workflows, permissions, and metadata.
• Ensure information is right, in the right place, at the right time.
• Coordinate O&M manuals, as-built information, and handover documentation.
