Job summary

Sweet Projects is seeking a Senior Document Controller to lead document control across Alliance Park projects in Acton, ensuring compliant handling of information from mobilisation to handover. You will drive standardisation, oversee CDE administration and coordinate with project teams, consultants and subcontractors.

The role requires extensive experience in document control within construction, plus CSCS and information management qualifications.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in construction Document Control.
• Experience managing Common Data Environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience supervising or mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Document Control activities across assigned projects.
• Support and mentor Document Controllers and provide project cover where required.
• Promote consistent Document Control standards, procedures and practices.
• Monitor workload planning and resource allocation within the function.
