Job summary

Hoare Lea in London is seeking a Document Controller to support data centre and mission critical projects. You will ensure the flow, accuracy and quality of information exchanged with external collaborators, maintaining clear and consistent documentation and managing uploads/downloads to project platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control on large projects and ability to manage complex files.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Clear communication and ability to liaise with engineers and collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day distribution, storage and retrieval of electronic drawings and documents.
• Monitor external project websites, upload/download drawings and distribute to the team.
• Issue and file drawings and documents, maintain drawing registers and electronic files.
• Convert file formats as required and perform pre-archiving/archiving.
• QA reviews of documents before upload and maintain trackers.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality design information.
