Qualifikationen

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting.
• Hands-on document control experience in construction or engineering.
• Experience with EDMS and platform administration (Asite preferred).
• Ability to train others and maintain data accuracy across systems.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update project documentation per standards.
• Route, file, and distribute documents across teams and clients.
• Monitor EDMS workflows and approvals; act as EDMS point of contact.
• Configure document control settings in Asite and other platforms.
• Train new starters on document control processes and EDMS usage.
• Support project teams with reporting and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and project requirements.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients for smooth flow.
• Consolidate project information in Asite as single source of truth.
