Job summary

Bachy Soletanche UK is supporting the Sizewell C project with a key document control role. The successful candidate will regulate the registration, storage, and accessibility of drawings, specifications, and related docs, while coordinating with on‑site teams, procurement, and external suppliers on a live site environment.

You will ensure compliant document control, archiving, and reporting, contributing to efficient project delivery and continuous improvement across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in document control within construction projects.
• Proficient with SharePoint and MS Office suites.
• Experience administering EDMS and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control across the project lifecycle in line with client requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to maintain a deliverables forecast.
• Control documentation from design through handover and archiving.
• Ensure submission processes meet Business Management System requirements.
• Participate in meetings to align decisions with document control procedures.
• Maintain efficient, accessible project documentation and archiving.
• Identify process improvements within document control workflows.
• Communicate documentation issues to project managers for resolution.
