Job summary

VVB Engineering is looking for a Senior Document Controller to oversee project documentation management in Acton, England. You will ensure compliance, organisation, and security of project documents while supporting the documentation needs of multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in document control within the construction or infrastructure sectors, along with a strong proficiency in EDMS systems. This is a key role for the project’s success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in document control roles within construction, rail, or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of EDMS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and submit project documents with unique references.
• Maintain an updated Document Control register.
• Track all incoming and outgoing project documents.
