Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Document Controller for the South West region. The role requires on-site attendance three days a week, with travel and accommodation provided where applicable.

You will implement and manage CDE/EDMS systems, lead document control procedures, and develop training materials for project teams. Ideal candidates have 8-10+ years in document control, strong BIM ISO 19650 knowledge, and experience with Asite or similar platforms at administrator level.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of Senior Document Controller experience.
• Proficient with Asite and BIM ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience operating as a System Administrator on a CDE/EDMS platform.

Responsibilities

• Management & configuration of CDE – day-to-day administration and security groups.
• Interface with Project Team and stakeholders – main point of contact for CDE and document control procedures.
• Provide training on CDE & Document Control processes and maintain logs.
• Develop and maintain user guides and training packs.
• Produce weekly KPI reports and perform QA checks on documentation.
• Create new project set-ups on CDE and support users.
