Job summary

Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join the project team delivering a major £160m commercial cut-and-carve scheme in Mayfair.

This permanent role will work on a complex Central London refurbishment from early stage through to completion, handling drawings, specifications and all project documentation through Asite, maintaining registers and revision control, coordinating submissions and information flow, and distributing technical data to the relevant project

Qualifications

• Experience in document control for large-scale commercial refurbishment projects.
• Proficiency with Asite and document registers.
• Ability to coordinate submissions and information flow across teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing drawings, specifications and project documentation through Asite
• Maintaining accurate document registers and revision control
• Coordinating submissions, approvals and information flow
• Distributing technical information to the relevant project teams
• Liaising with the design, commercial and construction departments
• Ensuring all documentation complies with agreed project procedures
