Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction document control.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and information management.
• Experience using EDMS/CDE systems (e.g., Viewpoint).
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of project documentation from receipt to archiving.
• Maintain document registers, trackers and information logs.
• Ensure drawings, specs and reports are controlled and stored correctly.
• Upload, distribute and manage documents via EDMS/CDE.
• Monitor revisions and ensure teams use the latest information.
• Manage document transmittals and audit trails.
