Talk Recruitment is recruiting for a Senior/Document Controller role in the building/construction sector. The position involves managing ASite at site level, training staff, and ensuring compliant document and drawing control across projects.

Ideal candidates will have prior documentation control experience in building or civil environments, and familiarity with ASite or Viewpoint/4Projects. Strong communication and on-site coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Document Controller or Technical Administrator.
• Background in Building or Civil Engineering sector.
• Experience using Asite or Viewpoint/4Projects.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ASite CDE platform at site level and ensure alignment with company procedures.
• Provide training on site for new starts or users unfamiliar with the system.
• Respond to ASite issues and resolve them quickly to keep sites moving.
• Create video training content for self-training requirements.
• Audit site visits and issue reports to senior managers.
• Develop the ASite system and keep site teams updated with new requirements.
• Ensure project folders contain relevant content and drawings are distributed timely.
• Record decisions for design development and fire installation for compliance.
• Train clients and handle client/third-party issues.
• Collaborate with regional CDE Manager on process development.
• Implement and validate new forms at site level.
• Prepare monthly ASite progress reports for line manager and Directors.
