Qualifications

• 18+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with senior leadership oversight.
• Proven multi-team leadership across full-stack disciplines at meaningful scale.
• Deep command of modern software architecture, cloud-native platforms, and production-grade delivery.
• Full-stack background with React/Java or Python in production on AWS/Azure.
• Education: Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in CS/SE/ML or related field.

• Challenge the conventional and set a bolder technical vision for four teams.
• Build, develop, and inspire exceptional engineers and team leads.
• Reimagine and modernize critical platforms powering Fitch’s analytical workflows.
