Job summary

Fitch Group, a global financial information leader, seeks an AI Data Enablement Leader to shape the CDO's strategy at the intersection of data and AI. Based in London, you will translate AI needs into enterprise data capabilities and drive scalable adoption across functions.

You will collaborate with governance, security and architecture teams to ensure trusted, AI-ready data while leading complex initiatives from strategy through execution. This is a senior leadership role within Fitch's CDO.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of data and AI leadership experience.
• Experience delivering AI-ready enterprise data capabilities.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and architectures.
• Ability to translate AI use cases into data strategy and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the CDO's AI data enablement strategy and roadmap.
• Translate enterprise AI needs into data requirements and priorities across CDO, Emerging Technology and business AI teams.
• Identify and drive opportunities to apply AI across data capabilities and processes.
• Lead experimentation with emerging AI technologies and scale adoption.
• Collaborate with Data Governance, Emerging Technology, Enterprise Architecture and Security on governance and compliance for AI data.
