You will mentor leaders, attract top engineers, and champion AI-enabled solutions while delivering high-impact analytical platforms used by analysts and clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with senior technical leadership
• Proven multi-team leadership overseeing team leads and engineers
• Deep technical credibility in modern software architecture and cloud-native delivery
• Full-stack background with React, Java and/or Python in production on AWS/Azure

Responsibilities

• Challenge the conventional and set a bolder technical vision for four high-performing teams
• Build, develop, and inspire exceptional engineers and leaders across disciplines
• Oversee lifecycle of applications and services central to four business lines
• Drive greenfield innovations and bold architectural decisions where needed
• Push the frontier of AI/ML and intelligent systems within the platforms
